COURSE SUMMARY:

The Project Management Foundation for Success course is an online, self-paced, 40-hour, twelve module comprehensive course that provides content that aligns with the Project Management Institute Inc. (PMI) “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK^® Guide)”.  This guide is a recognized and accepted standard of knowledge as related to project management world-wide.

The course focuses on preparing graduates to understand project management and how to apply the success principles of Project Management to projects.   

At the end of the course, learners should leave with the knowledge, vocabulary and skills needed to manage projects in professional situations successfully and will qualify to write the Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).   

Note: Graduates are eligible to write the Project Management – Foundation for Success – (PM-POK™) exam as part of the Employment Ready Institute’s proof of knowledge credentialing process.
